This machine was built as an homage to Harry A. Miller, who designed Indy Race Cars and Engines in the 1920s and 30s. His machines won the race 15 times in a 20 year span (1921-1941). Between 1926 and 1929, three quarters of the Indy 500 starting grid were Miller’s.
